CLAUDIA J. ROBINSON

Claudia Robinson is an respected litigator with over 30 years experience in
Northern California. She has been certified as an Appellate Specialist. She
has developed expertise in the analysis of insurance coverage and has
participated in product liability and bad faith trials. Ms. Robinson's
involvement in the trials of Civitts v. Honda, Stephenson v. Honda,
Anderson v. Allstate and Burdette v. Carrier (See Trial Record of Dennis
Seley) contributed substantially to two product liability defense verdicts, and
the reversal-on-appeal of punitive damages in excess of $23 million dollars.
Ms. Robinson's practice focuses on civil litigation to include research of
complex issues and appeals. She has co-chaired a number of trials with
Mr. Seley.
